FARM SHOP OPEN Sat 10.30-5pm and Sunday 10.30-5pm for Rare breed pedigree British Lop Pork , Kune Kune, British Lop, Scottish HERDWICK Hill Mutton, beef , corn fed chicken, game and venison ( when in season) Full pig, goat and Herdwick Heather reared lamb available butchered to needs. HOG ROAST PIGS READY NOW and Whole or half pig, lamb and Kune Kune .

It’s all about the Goat, we will have beautiful, healthy , delicious goat meat ready. Low in calories, cholesterol and fat and high in protein and vitamins. All cuts available including whole and half  carcasses butchered. Half sweet flavoursome HERDWICK lamb and mutton boxes ready now, a beautiful flavioured traditional taste from a native breed. This is exceptional, your box will contain shoulder, shank, gigot, diced, chop and mince ( may vary slightly ) .

Our breeds

Meet our livestock

Harris Farm Meats is a small Scottish farm in the shire of Clydesdale. We have small numbers of very rare bred pigs and the very best quality Boer Goats and Scottish grass fed ewes and lambs. Run by Ruth and her young children, animal numbers are deliberately kept low to maintain individual ethical care and the very highest animal welfare.

We promote a natural lifestyle, slow maturing and operate a rare breed educational and breeding program. Animals have access to grass, insulated shelter and natural forage, they are not ever force-fed, and have a diet of grass, natural grain, lunch hay and treats of apples, pears and carrots. We welcome visitors to see how animals should be cared for and where artisan traditional food comes from.
